Mr. Steel's experience includes Carnegie Communications where he consulted sales, management, and strategic direction for client colleges and universities. He is widely regarded as a leader in marketing, and lead generation to drive SEO, PPC, Retargeting, Banner Display, Online Video, YouTube and Social Media strategies.

Prior to Carnegie, Mr. Steel worked for Clear Channel-iHeartRadio's Katz Communications where he served in various positions from Account Executive to Vice President of National Sales. Beginning in 2002, Mr. Steel worked with Clear Channel-iHeartRadio Cluster of 6 Radio Stations and their companion websites in Philadelphia. He launched 2 new stations and their associated internet brands including a Hispanic Station.

He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY, and resides with his wife Linda and 2 children in Medford, NJ.
